Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zopiee. We strive to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund and replacement policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Return and Replacement:
We provide replacement for the products, if you receive products is any of below conditions
- Defective Products:
- If you have received a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. The replacement duration will be approximately 10 days from the day of replacement request.
- Incorrect Item Received:
- In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and you can return the incorrect item at our expense.
- Damaged Products:
- Product received with physical damage should be informed to our customer care within 4 hours of delivery.
- Out of Stock Items:
- If the item you wish to replace is out of stock, we will provide you with the option to choose an alternative product, or delay in shipping or receive a refund for the item.
Return and Refund:
Currently we don’t support Return and Refund option for our products.
Replacements and Refunds are subject to verification and approval. Zopiee reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the returned item does not meet the criteria outlined in our policy.
